    Product Overview

The spectrometer that we use in most of our LED devices is also available as an external measuring device, the EX2 V2*. The first version of the EX2 had two devices, one for the visible spectrum and one for the IR spectrum. The second version of the EX2 combines visible and IR spectra into a single device. It has a more comprehensive spectral range of 200–1100 nm (Irradiance calibration: 305–1100 nm), ensuring it covers both spectra.

The EX2 is fully NIST traceable calibrated, and includes user-friendly software that can import the spectral distribution of a light source into your LED device and reproduce it in seconds.

The delivered product includes an attached USB cable.

    Use Case

    Typical application areas

Measure and Reproduce Existing, Real, and Artificial Spectra

The EX2 is an external measurement device designed to capture the spectra of existing, real, and artificial light sources and accurately reproduce them using iQ-LED systems. It enables users to measure ambient lighting conditions and artificial light sources, and to generate custom spectral profiles that can be transferred directly to compatible iQ-LED devices. This provides a convenient and precise way to simulate specific lighting environments for testing, calibration, and development.
